Start with one scope
Give each provider the same measured surfaces, materials, stains, access constraints, and desired result. A house square-foot figure is not automatically the exterior wall area.
Make method visible
Record the proposed pressure, temperature, chemistry, test area, dwell time, rinse, and plant or fixture protection without assuming that a marketing label defines the process.
Close the exclusions
Ask whether water, lifts, recovery, disposal, oil or rust treatment, windows, gutters, sealing, and return visits are included.
