Publisher information
Terms
These terms govern use of Power Washing Providers, published by Ed in Park City LLC. Use the guide as research and planning information, not as a provider warranty or professional instruction.
Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is published by Ed in Park City LLC, Park City, Utah, United States.
No endorsement or contract
Provider inclusion, a source link, rating snapshot, benchmark observation, or estimator result is not an endorsement, certification, quote, contract, or guarantee.
Verify material facts
Confirm scope, method, price, availability, insurance, licensing, permits, runoff, safety, warranty, and exclusions directly before hiring.
Estimator limitation
Ranges are editable benchmark calculations and may differ materially from onsite quotes. Sparse Utah cells use a disclosed broader fallback. Do not rely on an estimate for purchasing, insurance, or contractual decisions.
Research contributions
Submit cost data only when you are authorized to do so and the controlled answers are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not attempt to identify a customer, provider, property, or invoice in the form. Submitted records may be rejected, deleted, normalized under the published methodology, or included in non-identifying aggregate releases. Keep the secret withdrawal link if you may want the raw record removed later.
Intellectual property
The site's original text, design, and code are owned by or licensed to Ed in Park City LLC unless stated otherwise. Provider names, company names, logos, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their informational use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
External services
External sites control their own content, privacy, availability, and terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Ed in Park City LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to courts with jurisdiction in Utah unless applicable law requires otherwise.
